One-On-One  (60 minute session)                                     Cost:  $120

The 60 minute session typically consists of dynamic warm-up, muscle activation techniques, resistance training, intervals, yoga, core conditioning and cool down stretching/foam rolling.

**Saturdays Anytime and Evenings after 7 pm is Premium Pricing:      $150/hr

One-On-One  (30 minute session)                                       Cost:  $80

The 30 minute session typically consists of 5 minutes of dynamic warm-up, 20 minutes of high-intensity cardio/strength interval training, and 5 minutes of static stretching/foam rolling.

**Saturdays Anytime and Evenings after 7 pm is Premium Pricing:      $100

These workouts, for the novice gym goer to the professional athlete, will focus on using the human body as an integrated system rather than a series of isolated muscles.  You’ll build true functional strength and improve flexibility, balance and core stability all at once.  For those looking for indoor training options, I also train at O2 Max Fitness in Santa Monica, CA.
